After a meeting or two to figure out our needs, they came in and installed a heatpump in a matter of hours. We discussed installation options (wiring, placement, etc) and it was done in no time. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Friendly, helpful and have great explanations. Highly recommended.

Contacted Services S.P. for an AC issue, response was quick, had the technicians at my place within a couple of days, in the end needed to replace the unit. they were honest in explaining the issue and in providing options, so decided to change the unit based on their recommendations and my findings. The new unit was installed within a week, they were on time for the installation, they did an excellent job in removing the old unit and installing the new one.

The overall work was well done, clean and professional. They took the time to explain the features of the new unit, perform a few tests to ensure that the unit was working properly. I questioned them a few time during the installation and they were always receptive to my questions,.

Overall very satisfied with the unit but mostly for the service received during the initial call and during the installation. Both technicians were very professional, respectful and attentive to the task. Very satisfied customer, Highly recommended.

The guys showed up promptly and fixed my AC pump in no time. Excellent and professional service. I feel I was overcharged for the part however ($205 for a capacitor 35/5, which costs approximately $50 on Amazon)

Great service and good price. The morning of the installation, the owner called me to tell me that they were late because the product I chose to go with got damaged the day before when they received it from the manufacturer. I had already taken the day off and couldn't reschedule so he gave me a higher end model for the same price and moved ahead with the installation. They were very professional during the installation and installed it exactly where I wanted. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic service from Services S.P in Gatineau. I purchased the Tosot/Gree Heat Pump and Furnace combo to replace my old oil furnace. I received about 10 quotes before finding this company. Pierre provided me with a quote within 24hr, and the job was scheduled less than a week later. Gab and Seb were extremely efficient, polite and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality HVAC system at a reasonable price.
