Fair prices, good selection of products. What keeps me coming back is the staff, they are truly fantastic: polite, knowledgeable, bilingual and friendly. I have a consistent and excellent service, my questions are answered and the staff go out of their way to help.

The staff are all younger folks who put to shame most in the customer service department. They clearly share a strong work ethic and like their job. I made it a point to write this review as a thanks to them, even today, my husband and I were helped and given honest and balanced advice for our kittens.
