Using a camera, the inspectors explained what was working and what was not working. Before moving on to more expensive options, everything was explained (including which additional steps would probably just be an unneeded extra cost) Paid by etransfer and detailed inspection report was emailed 2 days after payment and included camera pictures. Merci!

Each time they have been fantastic. Professional, efficient, cost-effective problem-solving, and honest. I have no connection with this company or their employees other than the work they have done for me. Just very impressed with their work.

Since I've owned my house, I've called upon Septique DD first for a septic system inspection and just recently for a full replacement of the installation. Throughout the year, Dominic and Jonathan have been our reference for anything related to this field - and they do not disappoint. Highly recommended.

(August 13, 2018, 2:47 pm)Very good service. I did my homework a got multiple quotes for this septic work, and they were by far the best price AND the most detailed quotes/invoices.
Jonathan took the time multiple times to answer my questions and explain the work and any consideration. They were very clear with what was going to be done and I had no surprises.
Even the team on site doing the work insisted on spending multiple minutes re-explaining to me everything that they had done, every little challenges they faced, particularities of my system, etc...
I highly recommend and I will go see them directly next time I have septic work to be done.
