It's been a few times now that I have been served by a tall young man, always on his business and super polite. Today, I learned that this handsome young man is the son of the beautiful Caro and Éric, who belong to Ferme La Récolte, of Saint André Avellin. As the old saying goes, the fruit did not fall very far from the tree.
