Fries and burgers were excellent, but cold. They seemed to have been made in advance.
Chicken fillet for children, excellent.
Poutine, with little cheese.

An absolute hidden gem!

Among the top fine dining restaurants I've eaten at, with easily one of the best and most unique deserts I've ever had. Their chocolate "fondant" with balsam fir flavour is a game changer. It is a little bit like a brownie mixed with the taste of an evergreen tree for lack of a better description. I was afraid the chocolate flavour would overwhelm the fir but they complement each other perfectly. This should be a new seasonal staple.

We also went just after the associated Parc Omega closes during the week and had the entire restaurant to ourselves!

The location is a bit out of the way but I highly recommend this place, especially during the week, if you want to spoil your significant other with a romantic dinner or to impress a date.

Don't forget that you have to reserve in advance.

Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. The filet mignon was out of this world. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Portion sizes were perfect and I left beyond satisfied. It's well worth going to the park just to eat here. Even the lunch menu was incredible.
