I received prompt service for submission and installation. On the other hand, I found that the installation was not up to my expectations. I would have liked the after sales service to make sure everything was perfect before sending the invoice. I understand they are overwhelmed but it is still a very important purchase. I have a few unresolved little things that still need to be done.
We had a wall mounted air conditioning installed, as did my daughter. We are both satisfied and our spouses with the service as much during the submission, our questions, the installation. Very competent and professional technicians / electrician / estimator. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. There is no doubt that we will continue with them for the maintenance service.
