top speed and good service! tartar lacks sauce and seasoning and the steak was very good but for those who have intolerances you can't change the side dishes, very expensive too!

good points:
- beautiful and generous plates (braised beef pasta and New York);
- Quebec red wine les petits pebbles!! wowwow;
- best ever cheese fondue starter!
- good dessert (mason jar cheesecake)

negative points:
- no pepper mill;
- overcooked steak (but very good and tender);
- bread served cold as a starter (such a nice touch to serve hot bread... my opinion
- only one choice of dessert... please at least two choices

I recommend and all my criticisms are intended to be constructive... let's encourage our local businesses!

Very good restaurant, the staff is courteous, polite and very attentive. The food is excellent. We loved the beef tartare, however I would suggest it be served with fries or potato chips as the croutons are hard and difficult to eat. The surf and turf was delicious and the vegetable side dish was excellent and cooked just right. Glasses, wine glasses and utensils were remarkably clean, no stains or fingerprints. The wine list is not very elaborate but we find good choices for all tastes.

Everything was perfect, atmosphere, delicious meal, impeccable service. Already looking forward to our next dinner.
