We have been doing business with this company for 4 years now, they do a great job but have more than ordinary customer follow-ups.
In the last two weeks we have called four times, left messages and no one has called us back!
Someone ended up answering last week to tell us that he was coming in the middle of the week… It's Friday still no return call and still no one has come.
Again today, I called and miraculously someone answered very friendly who told me that we were going to be called back, it was 7 p.m. Friday evening and still no return!
