Accueil chaleureux et compréhension.... Des fois il faut juste une écoute compatissante et rassurante durant la crise.... Les solutions viennent plus tard. Merci à l'intervenante qui m'a accueilli.... Elle va se reconnaître

When I called, the person took the time to listen to the problem, I didn't feel rush. The intervenant explained thoroughly the actions steps to take when the crisis episodes comes. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars as coming in help of people in need takes to be more than a human been. There is no right and wrong, you are not calling to have a good service, this is not a store , that's just not the right mindset to have. You are calling because you want to find solutions for yourself or the person in need. Its up to you if you want to take their advices or not. But in my case it help me see more clear what to do when the next crisis episode comes back again
