  The only reason im giveing 3 stars are because the secretaries are not properly bilingual, thus communication can be very hard.
  
  I also find them unprofessional too,for example,I called to confirm my appointment via phone,I went for my appointment and upon going to the clinic,I was told I had cancelled my appointment when I had not.
  
  The secretary misunderstood me due to poor bilingualism. When I explained she had made a mistake,she refused to correct her mistake by letting me have my appointment AND went as far as to argue with me and didn't appologise telling me another appointment was available in two weeks time.
  
  I have an abses and was in alot of pain AND I had driven there too all for nothing at all.
  
  Ofcorse I went somewhere else for my abses,but I did go back to this clinic for another procedure, when I saw my dentist, he corrected the unruely secretary.
  
  He also reduced the price whice I appreciated.
  
  To this day the secretary in question still works there,im schocked how she wasn't fired,she gives me dirty looks too.
  
  Sometimes when I call I'll hear her friends who recognize my voice say'its him' and put me on hold for ubsen periods of time,only to apologize to do it to me a few more times to waste my time.
  
  I could go on but I wont. Theres too much more I dont feel to type.
  
  Final verdict,secretaries should be fired and a certain standard should be set in place.
  
  The only reason I still go here even though I still deal with some of the nonsense is because I really enjoy the quality work of my dentist.nevertheless iam nearing my limit.

  Je n'ai pas peur de le dire, la crème des hygiénistes et dentistes des environs. Services incroyables de l'arrivée au départ. Professionnels et passionnés. Incroyables à dire, mes enfants adorent aller chez le dentiste. J'ai fait l'expérience de chacun des dentistes, ils sont tous à l'écoute et se préoccupent vraiment de nos besoins. Merci

  Last minute appointment as my dentist was closed and I had a bad toothache. Very nice establishment, friendly, courteous and bilingual staff. Dr.langroudi made me feel comfortable and presented different treatment options.
