I needed my car shipped from Vancouver, BC to Toronto, ON in October. Company owner, Alex was the first to offer me a good quote on Shiply and was very good at communicating promptly addressing any questions I had since it was a first time I had to ship anything across provinces and was very nervous. Initially I wanted to ship certain personal items in a car. Alex explained to me that if I wanted to do so, we had to stick with an on-truck option and he could accommodate this with a reasonable increase in quote. It would still cost more to ship those items with post services or courier. My car got picked from my place which was very convenient. Unfortunately, my car could not leave Vancouver at that time due to flooding, and Alex was great in communicating through that nerve wrecking process, he made accommodation for partial refund for the inconvenience and drove car from their lot back to my parkade so when I was back in Vancouver for Xmas break, I could drive it for a few weeks. We then decided we could ship my car safely by train, and again, they picked it from my place even after I already left Vancouver. There was a small delay due to weather, but my car just got delivered to my and I cannot be happier. Big thanks to Alex for easing my nerves and being patient with my multiple texts and calls. I was not an easy customer. The only suggestion I would make for a company to keep up with competition - is to integrate tracking services so customers could track the items on line themselves. That would put less pressure on you and ease off anxiety of customers. Otherwise, great service!

Mathan, as an Audi Club member and supporter came through big time. Sourcing an Audi 3l supercharged engine was a crazy task. Found one in Laval and Mathan *personally) drove it down to Cambridge ON a day later.

Always great to work with Mathan and enjoyed seeing him in person again.

He has also shipped static lowered cars for me, with great care and attentive transport drivers. Great guy, great service, very fair pricing.

Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism. Was skeptical at first as the price seemed to good to be true but was i happy I contacted them. I was able to get updates on the vehicle and it even came sooner than expected. The car was in perfect condition. Five stars

I am very satisfied with my experience with PIVS. When I first started looking into getting a car shipped across the country, I was pretty hesitant. I was getting quotes with 800$ difference between them and I didn't know how to choose. From the beginning Alex was very easy to talk to, he answered all my questions, he responded very quickly.
