(February 19, 2019, 10:38 pm)I had the best experience possible! My sister called to get me an appointment mid morning, after being refused by a few other clinics. I had a back back. They gave me a rdv same day at 2:30pm. Seeing my terrible state, barely able to walk-even with assistance, the secretaries didn’t send me through triage. I was seen within 10 minutes by Dr.PhatHo, who provided me with three prescriptions after doing a thorough examination of my back. He booked a follow up rdv himself for me the following week. He said that today was about dealing with the pain, and that next week we would re-evaluate if more extensive testing would be needed.
I am more than happy with the competency of the doctor and the secretaries were very understanding of my condition.
