Cabanon Design

I really would have liked to give Cabanon Design a higher rating because the service at the time of the sale was very good, but unfortunately the construction was a real nightmare. The company that did the assembly is a sub-contractor, in my case Rénovations Kevin Leblanc, paid by Cabanon Design to do the assembly. Those present during assembly dented, cut and damaged several parts of the shed during unloading and construction. After many service calls and postponement of appointments, someone finally came to my house to do the repairs.

I am now satisfied with the condition of my shed, but for all the time wasted on the phone and discussions with customer service, I still have difficulty recommending this company.

Excellent service. I dealt with Francis for the purchase in La Prairie, and got excellent advice, very personalized, customer satisfaction oriented, very conscientious. The pitch preparation service was excellent, they came to see the pitch before also to give advice. The customer service for the delivery was very correct, they followed up on the delivery date. The installers were very kind, efficient and thorough.
