I started by making 5 requests for quotes in total, from traders in my area (Brossard). I only had 2 returns including Summum Protection. He makes me an offer that meets my needs at a reasonable price. There is only the existing panel to replace and install 2 keypads. I do my basic checks: his RBQ license, if he has legal proceedings against him, if he has convictions in progress, his company register, etc. He has been in business since 1994 and his record is impeccable. So I give him the contract. His customer service is unparalleled, professional, courteous. His wife is just as much. I highly recommend it.
