BPS Lighting

Absolutely awesome products and customer service. I placed an order for a product that was backordered. They were very transparent and kept me updated on delays and issues the entire time. When they ultimately informed me the shipping company had damaged their shipment they offered me a full refund or the option of another product with the price difference and my shipping refunded. I also own a business and understand when things happen that are out of your control, but the way they handled everything made me feel like they cared about my experience as a customer and not whether or not they got my money, so I happily picked a similar product. Not only did they refund the difference and get the new product out same-day, they overnighted it! For reference I am located in the US, so this was an international shipment that they overnighted. I never asked to be compensated in any way and BPS took it upon themselves to do all this for me. Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. I will happily be returning for lights and products in the future.

Had their lights on my 2015 Sierra and now I have reordered for my new 2021 Ram. Great products, fast shipping and excellent customer service!!! The lights are amazingly bright and hassle free. Really plug & play (shine)!

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Always happy to help you in person, over the phone or online. They make sure that the client in satisfied and that they deliver the best products possible. I recently had to exchange a set of lights because i ordered the wrong size and there was no issues at all. Great service and products. I would definitely recommend.
