(October 15, 2020, 8:27 pm)I would like to complement the staff starting with Paulette on the phone is great and professional kept me in the loop on the timing that the techs were to pass by. On site Mario and Dan did an awesome job, answered all my questions and assured me that if any issues they are there to assist.. Should I recommend them, absolutely! Clean job all in order, and working great. Again Sylvain, you have a dedicated team and it shows.
(December 2, 2019, 6:36 pm)I have been doing business with this company for a number of years as a subcontractor of Ultramar (Parkland) and I must admit that I have always had a pretty good service for maintenance. This year they sold me a new system and the installation went well without too much delay (it was summer). On the other hand, for the follow-up after sale it is a big zero. Several attempts in recent months to reach my representative without success. According to me to deserve a 5 stars must do better.
