I have an old house from 1950 and my attic had insulation problems. My house frequently made ice cubes in the winter. I made several submissions. The Mike Turmel insulation guys really stood out for their professionalism and the quality of their submission. They suggested that I do a decontamination of my attic to remove the old wool and then reinsulate with sprayed polyurethane to act as a vapor barrier / insulation and finish with cellulose as the main insulation. I am very happy with this choice, because my house had several air leaks with the 2nd floor and the urethane really came to seal everything. The Mike Turmel insulation guys did a great job, I recommend them with no doubt. Besides, I contacted them again to come to insulate my basement.
