Very serious company with a competent staff. I did business with them for the purchase and installation of a complete system, high-end, ventilation and central air-conditioning zoned for my new construction project in the summer of 2019 and everything happened without issue. I met a representative on July 15th and according to him I had to receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours of his visit. The submission finally came on the 21st, not in my inbox but in the "spam" box. The submission was very detailed and included 2 scenarios, which is interesting.
This is an amendment to a notice that I gave a few days ago. I mentioned that I had had difficulties talking to the boss, but since then we have talked and understood the constraints of workload and we even met to find solutions to the problem of my cold room.
Mr. Charles took the necessary steps to find the best equipment at the best possible cost for me.
After accepting the estimate, he took the trouble to change the organization of his schedule and sent us an emergency team this morning to carry out the installation.
