My Dad used to order his turkey for Thanksgiving at Dindon Choquette when I was a kid.

At Dindon Choquette it is the poultry of the Holiday Season all year long. Fresh or frozen, in delicious sausages with multiple flavors, in a big bag of bones to make an extraordinary broth, it's worth the detour and the economy is worth 100 times the detour.
