My mother bought a Kia Rondo and it's a very reliable car that has held up well despite the changing temperatures of Quebec. Thanks to KIA for existing as a car brand. We bought it used last year. Very good price compared to the quality. We love going on trips with our 2017 Kia Rondo.

Super experience

Very welcoming staff. On the other hand, when something has to be repaired under warranty, I always get bogus reasons knowing very well that it is guaranteed. Clear example on a door that opens I am told that it is but children who have done so but they are not able to open the door and that it is a door knock. Yet no dents and no scratches. On the side plastic panels of my Sedonna, the two sides right next to the fixing bolt are broken for an unknown reason, I am told that it is aesthetic so not guaranteed even if it is in the door and not on the outside and that seems to be a design problem because it is exactly where the bolt is. The only lock on the car doesn't work, the key doesn't fit, I'm told it's probably not guaranteed because I haven't used it enough. So yes, very jovial staff but do not want to enforce the warranty. For this reason 3 stars otherwise I would have given a 5. To be continued because I have not finished and I intend to uphold the guarantee. And a little advice don't take the extended warranty because it will still be hard to make them respected.
