Incredible service, with a knowledgeable and friendly team. We feel like we're going to friends' houses for dinner 😅. They even sharpen hockey skates, I'm pretty picky about sharpening and these are by far the best! Good job keep it up!! 👌🤟
Excellent service!
Thank you Pierre-Marc Gagnon, you saved my run☀️
Was riding the Veloroute des Bluets and my rear gear cable snapped. Got a ride to the shop and they started on it right away. My bike has internal cabling and it was proving to be a challenge - had to take BB off, and it took close to an hour. They did a fantastic job and the mechanic who was working on it was knowledgeable and friendly. And it only cost $45, which in my mind is a huge bargain! Would always recommend this shop.

Excellent experience! They repaired my bike in record time, they had all the necessary parts in stock, the staff was very courteous and it was obvious that the employees were experts in the field. They asked relevant questions and listened to my needs and what I wanted. They were willing to make arrangements to make it easier for me to drop off/pick up my bicycle (I came from Ottawa). I even found other cycling items that I couldn't find elsewhere in the store (non-standard sizes). They really wanted to fix my bike (and not for my $, but because they understand the passion and urgency to get back in the saddle, ha ha ha). Only good things to say! The detour is worth it!

Great team and experienced staff. This shop is a must for cycling fans in Lac St-Jean.
Morphological positioning is a must when buying a bike. I bought a Look 785 Huez` bike from this shop. The latter will replace the Specialized Go aluminum carbon that I acquired in 2006.
We discovered the shop during our 2020 summer vacation.
