(August 7, 2022, 12:49 am)A cheese factory that is worth the detour! Quality cheeses! You have to go for the cheese curds without salt which is by far the best we have eaten! The other cheeses are also very good and the young girl who does the service there works impressively to serve the dozens of customers who are queuing outside!! Impressive!! To visit!!
(July 6, 2021, 12:52 am)Nice visit to this cheese dairy which has a beautiful sales counter with their products well represented!! Since we were passing through and we were planning a picnic at Rigolet beach in Métabetchouan-Lac-à-la-Croix, we wanted cheeses from the region and what about this Woww shop! My choice fell on a cheese curd of the day, of course, as well as Le Tremblay cheese... Not too sweet and went superbly well with the charcuterie we had bought with fruit confit too! I tell you you have to go there they even have fresh milk!!! Great discovery and the clerk at the counter knew her products well!
