WOW!!! What a magical place!!! The view of Lac St Jean is unique and magnificent… cocktails of all kinds… Lebanese wine… incredible deserts… fresh and authentic Lebanese cuisine

Good meal, pleasant atmosphere but a little noisy for my taste

I recently visited Bistro de la tour in Métabetchouan-Lac-à-la-Croix with friends and it was a fantastic dining experience. The view of the sunset from the mountain is breathtaking which adds an extra dimension to the overall experience. The restaurant being tapas style, we decided to order absolutely everything on the menu. Dishes started to arrive and I was mesmerized by the beauty of each one's display. The dishes were nicely centered, topped with fresh vegetables and nicely arranged. The falafel and tabbouleh was one of my favorite dishes. The falafels were crispy and perfectly fried and the blend of flavors with the tabbouleh was amazingly tasty. The vine leaves-yogurt-cucumber was refreshing and light, while the kafta and hummus had a rich flavor and balanced spice. The maple and white wine caramelized scallops were juicy and deliciously sweet, while the Lehmann cheese and charcuterie was a perfect treat for two. The artichoke dip had a delicate and pleasant flavor, while the 3 varieties antler sausage were tasty. The nachos had an incredible amount of cheese and vegetables, while the chicken wings were perfectly spiced. The whole experience was exquisite and the view of the sunset from the mountain was breathtaking.

All in all, the Tower Bistro is a great place to share a delicious dinner and have a great view. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic dining experience.

Very good food but you can't call it tapas, too big portions. In addition, we had to eat with our jackets on our backs, it was so cold.
