When you enter this butcher's shop, you are dealing with real meat enthusiasts, always with sound advice and they even provide their cooking tips to allow you to make a success of your meal.

As they say so well, if you like it talk to your neighbor and if you don't like it come talk to your butcher because after all 90% of the time it's a lack of experience that makes the steak is not good!

Imagine a good steak with distinguished quality meat with sound advice... that's what you get at home!!

everything is good and their preparations are all good whether the dried meat, the sandwiches, their sauces, their sausages, their tournedos etc etc go there without hesitation!
