Honest, attentive, competent staff who are keen to do a good job at a reasonable price.

During a first visit, I had a work problem botched up by another dealership in Montreal and the Jean Dumas Hyundai advisors went out of their way to find me a suitable solution, at the lowest possible price.

With each visit, my expectations are exceeded.

Dave at auto parts does a very good job. It is an arrangement by offering me to leave my orders for parts in Roberval since he passes by there after his figure! He also makes sure to ask us the right questions in order to order exactly what we need for a successful repair. In the end, he is friendly on the phone and we never feel like we are bothering him.
