(June 24, 2022, 1:00 pm)Yesterday we came back from Chibougamau from fishing. Suddenly the seams of the boat's canvas gave way. The boat was full of our last week's gear. We were 24 km from TTI. (La Doré) a nice gentleman referred us to TTI. They welcomed us warmly and immediately repaired the canvas of the boat so that we could continue our journey, we still had 5 hours of travel to do and with the rain it was impossible to continue without a canvas. Doris provided us with outstanding service. Everything was fixed in 30 minutes. One word WOW!! Many thanks, customer service still exists, they do an amazing job!
