(May 4, 2022, 11:10 pm)I took a sophrology course with Virginie. Extraordinary experience aimed at well-being, awareness and a more positive attitude. Plus, as a bonus, it even improved my sleep. Dedicated, generous teacher, leading with passion and in such a melodious way that one achieves deep relaxation and helps to calm one's entire body and mind. Experience to repeat, big thanks to Virginie for discovering sophrology in St-Felicien.
