(October 5, 2021, 9:15 pm)On the evening of October 2, I went to the hospital following a mountain bike accident. At reception, the lady who was on duty, seeing my condition, was so kind and even took a number for sorting to save me from having to make more effort. The nurse on duty at triage completed the questionnaire quickly in order to accompany me to radiology, which she had taken care to notify of my arrival. I would like to thank all the nursing staff for the care provided to me as well as for the empathy they showed me until I left the next morning.
