I walked into this gem of a butcher's shop intending to come out with a meal. Just to make a break from our last meals made up of pantry leftovers and resourcefulness. What an adventure for a good meat lover. The service was courteous and warm only it would have caught my attention but the rosettes that I took there were worthy of a poem. I'm going to come back to you Manon because you simply touched my greedy heart.
