Cinéma Odyssée (Chicoutimi)

Seats are not comfortable and the armrest is outdated. The rest is fine. An upgrade on these things would be good for the theater.

The staff is super kind and explained all the rules after buying our tickets. With everything that happened because of Covid, I was so happy to finally be able to go see an English movie. There was no lineup, which made it easy for buying tickets. Then you get to choose where you want to sit. So your place is reserved which is great. Then we left and came back before the movie with no worries and again no lineup to get popcorn and drinks. Right now the no lineup thing is great but I hope soon there will be more people attending the movies again.
-February 2022, after being shut down again and now reopened again.... it is still wonderful and I'm happy to have the chance to see English movies. More and more people are coming back to the cinema which is great.

The people were super nice and friendly. Place has lots of movie rooms too. Sadly the seating were just standard and the room 2 left speaker kept on doing a buzz during the movie. Hope they fix it!

Staff was helpful and friendly. The movie was awesome and uninterrupted. Snacks were good. I was happy to see paper towels as an option in the bathroom, instead of just the dryers.
