(March 28, 2022, 2:33 pm)My ski doo broke down outside of Town on a 5 day trip with a crew of 6. The dealership didn’t have the all the parts in stock but went out and got them to get me back on the trail within 2 hours of me walking in the door having no appointment And being stuck. Working with Erick Duguay at the service desk he worked on getting me back up and running and saving our trip. He was a great help especially with me not speaking French. Thank you Erick.
