They haven't honored my appointment time twice. Last time for an oil change they put synthetic oil instead of the standard one without even asking me and without even putting the sticker in the window with the number of kilometers (they left the old Canadian tire) today I had packed my appointments for a rather urgent repair this morning, they wanted to do me in the afternoon. As if I could do without a vehicle all day, I made an appointment!!!
I don't think I'll come back anymore. -
