We adopted a cat. I was looking for a precise and specific personality in a cat in order to have the perfect match with my large family. And the spca saguenay were able to take our requests into consideration and find us the animal that best suited our family ❤🤗. I find that they know very well the behavior and character of their animals and that they take great care of them. I also like that they are totally transparent with me and that they listen to everything I have to mention. I also love their kindness and honesty. Although it was long and repetitive during the explanations to sign the adoption contract... which looked like a training course on adoption and feline behavior. Despite the duration and the wait, it shows me that you simply prefer to really inform the new adopters in order to give the animal the best possible chance. And that therefore you, you really invest for the sake of the animal's well-being. This only shows how much you care about all the animals that pass through the spca 🤗. Waiting in your pain 🥰. I also liked the fact that you lent me a cage for the car ride and all at no cost. Thank you very much for all you do for these animals❤
