I had excellent service from Sylvain.
The pump of my Pasquini Livia 90 gave up the ghost after 18 years of loyal service. Initially I had ordered the part from the representative of the company in North America which is in California. I never received the part and the transaction was cancelled.
Fortunately, one of my friends referred Sylvain to me and he thought it was possible that he even had the stock part.
Hey well yes! I left with my new pump right away. Sylvain even tested my old pump to make sure it was really faulty and also tested the new one to be sure everything was ok.
As a bonus, I paid the same price in Canadian as in Us currency at the company, without delivery and customs fees.

Great service! My machine dates from 2018 and was starting to drag (the coffee no longer flowed equally on both sides and it was making weird noises). Following the maintenance and repair I can say that it works and sounds like new.
