The beautiful: outstanding staff, outstanding food.
The good: price is withing expected. A dollar or two less would make this go to "the beautiful". Also the people who frequent it. They are happy and joyful.
The bad: you will be disappointed if you are expecting something fancy (which is really not bad, since this is expected to be a local restaurant).
The ugly: that guy over there... He's ugly. Not the restaurant.
