The site would not allow me to purchase the item (something about not shipping to the US despite the business clearly stating that they do ship internationally). So, I Googled the business and found their phone number. I was a little concerned when the conversation started in French, but they had someone on staff who speaks English. Sorted out the details on the phone; sent money through Paypal and item shipped with no issues. Shipping/packaging was quick/sturdy. Business did everything they could to make this a smooth transaction, and I am SO pleased. Thank you so much for all of your help!
