(January 25, 2022, 12:17 am)3 months of waiting before an installation date. When the day comes, we find that the quote was badly made and the wrong machine was ordered. After paying electrician fees for the installation, I am left without a machine, with my bill and the company does not even answer me. I have never seen anything like it.
Update: I was finally contacted. The person in charge of my case was off work. They tried to satisfy me. I still don't have a heat pump, but at least JMY was able to close this file.
