A good hotel restaurant, I had dinner and lunch during my stay. Beautiful view of the Saguenay, even more beautiful in the fall. The tartar is excellent. Lunch, I had eggs Benedict, was fine. Table service is quick and courteous.
Delicious! The salmon gravlax as a starter was very good. Their main course deer tartare was great. I took the pie of the moment for dessert and it was strawberry-rhubarb, also great. For wine we chose sterling red wine from California a good choice. The view is breathtaking at sunset from the restaurant, in short, an experience to recommend!
Everything was very good and the price is reasonable compared to the quality of the dishes. However, there was nothing that really makes you say "wow", which is ideally the case with such places... But apart from that it was frankly very good, I recommend! I also liked the view and the paintings.
Restaurant inside the Auberge des Battures where the cuisine is very good and refined. We had a great time in front of the sunset in a quiet place. The server was very friendly and caring.
Beers, wines and cheeses from the region.
Highly recommend!!
