Have had our oven computer board replaced. Gave them my info over the phone and got a quote for the cost of the part and service so he had everything to take care of the issue when he got to my place.
Another time was regarding the washing machine, which the technician recommended we don't waste our money on replacing the part; gave us good advice -- that it would work but just get noisier til it stopped, if we continued to use it. Also replaced the coil on the stove top. My go to service provider for appliance repairs. -
