Mont Bélanger

great place to go camping or if you wanna be in nature. I loved it

Each mountain has its charm, Mont Bélanger surprised me by its difficulty, we went through the maple grove to make the grand tour and then the monkey face. Quite a challenge but loved the challenge. The views at this place are really wow. The trails are very technical, lots of roots and rocks and the abundant vegetation makes this forest magnificent .. I just imagine the amount of biting insects during the heat.
Places are arranged to bring your tent so toilets are available at the bottom of the trails. Several choices of trail and distance.
A second parking lot is offered higher up for those who want to climb up to the tower without too much walking, about 3km.

A beautiful place for both hiking and camping. The camping pitches are intimate, well thought out (wood available, table, bench, fire pit, clean dry toilets) and all in a place where the forest is respected. Special mention to the person who takes care of the maintenance and the layout, a real kindness and his love for the place shines through.

It is very challenging.

Superb wilderness camping spot. Without network, wood provided, a place is set up for the fire and there is a platform to put the tent which is great and a dry toilet. The trail manager is super nice! Recommend to all.
