Great experience buying a used car off Michel, very honest dealer.

I did not buy my VW Alltrack there, but have gone there for service because they are the closest dealership to where I live. I must say that I was fully satisfied by the way I was treated, I have a few issues that needed to be looked at and all of them were/are being replaced under warranty without question. I didn't feel like I needed to justify and explain my issues like some other dealerships that are reluctant to replace stuff. Plus they are in a brand new building which is quite new. Would definitely recommend.

I just bought a used Jetta from them, very pleasant experience. Friendly staff who made the process smooth and simple. Their new building is beautiful, almost make's me want to drive two hours to have my service done there instead of my local VW dealer. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I've been dealing with Yan Biloeau for my last 2 vehicles and he is simply the best in customer service. He takes time to explain everything and gets back to you which is less common these days. What he says is what he does. I recommand dealing with Yan tany day.
