(December 22, 2018, 4:01 pm)Our 6 month old baby had a very high fever as both my wife and i also seem to have caught an infection it seems and we have fever as well. I was hesitant to come here due to some of the reviews as we usually go to RocklandMd however we recently moved to the neighbourhood and it was too far of a trip to go to RocklandMd. We called at 7:30 a.m and the only appointment available was at 2 p.m the same day which was fine. They later informed us of a cancellation and if we wished to come early at 9 a.m and that was even better as we were worried its our baby's first fever and we did not want to go to the hospital and wait for hours on end to be told the same thing. The staff are bilingual and friendly which was perfect for us as we are anglophones. The doctor was also very professional. Although we hope to not need to go to a clinic, I am happy and comfortable to know we now have a new go to clinic next to our home that we can depend on. Thank you Dr. Therrien for taking care of our daughter.
(August 9, 2018, 1:53 am)The doctor whom examined me found out right away what the problem was. He was nice, understanding and listened to my concerns. He was honest and clear with me in regards to his hypothesis and he called me on a Saturday morning to let me know about my results and discuss it with me. He then sent the adequate medication to the drug store nearby. He answered all my questions and made me feel safe and educated.
