I'm very happy with the level of service this business provided. At the beginning of the pandemic, I didn't know how I would be able to replace the glass in all my windows. This work was needed desperately and there weren't many options available. Basco was very helpful and responsive to my needs and were able to pull off the installation within the government restrictions. Nice group of people, I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

The service I received was great, and the technician was very knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner.
I was under the impression that the costs covered the repairing of two windows, as was told to me by customer services over the phone. I found out that it wasn't the case, and that the cost only covered one window. Basco made things right and performed the repairs on both windows for the same cost.

The Basco technician Francis just left, and he did a great job installing new window panes in my living room window. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he had the job done in less than an hour. This company was easy to do business with from beginning to end, and they were affordable. Great work!
