Just WOW! I went to Bureau Plan to buy an office chair with the intention of finding the right one, because I am very difficult in choosing an office chair. Already on arrival we have the choice between several very ergonomic chairs. Finally after 20-30 minutes of testing I chose one. It was a custom order with choice of colors that I wanted. In short, after trying the chair for 2-3 weeks at home, it did not suit me. So, I contacted my salesperson and returned to exchange it without any problem, despite the fact that it had been personalized. In addition, it was more expensive than the one I had originally chosen and they gave it to me at the same price !! Quality chair, at a very reasonable price and almost all made in Quebec. The employees are incredibly kind! I recommend
