The service offered was good. Snow removal was done quickly and he took the initiative to keep us informed of the progress of the work, which was appreciated. Overall, the snow removal was efficient and well done. He had even started to offer additional services. On the other hand, a few days before the annual renewal, he sent me a terse press release informing me that he would no longer offer the service on my property. No explanation, no alternatives, work it out. I asked him what was going on but he didn't bother to answer me. So I had to make arrangements at the last minute. Not so professional. After a second email, he replied that the main reason was the shape of my entry. It seems that this is a form he prefers to leave to his competitors. I therefore deduce that my entry is more complex than others. Yet it has always been the same and that's why I was planning to renew for a third or fourth season. I hope for all future customers that their entries will be as simple as possible.
