I am writing a second review for Simon Labelle because I have worked with him a second time, this time on an application for permanent residence in Canada under the new Express Entry system, and I felt this deserved a separate review. I am a Slovene married to a Canadian. After one year as a visitor my partner and I decided to apply for my permanent residence.
