Not only that the first owner cause water damage in the bath after repaired I called Martin and checked free of charge. Thank you Martin

I hired Martin for a townhouse inspection. I did not have much expectations from this inspection because recently I had a terrible experience with an another inspector who is rated ‘TOP’ but did a very shoddy job.
Conversely, from the get go Martin did a tremendous job, he explained me the contract and he pointed out a few mistakes in Sellers Declaration.He kept me engaged throughout the inspection, explained me each and every step of the inspection, answered all my questions and concerns. He took all his time for the inspection and did not leave any stone unturned.
I was impressed that he didn’t carry his cellphone during inspection to avoid any distractions and spent every single second for inspecting the property.
