Awesome food and service! So creative, so much TLC with menu. Luv this little gem in Hudson!

From the overall decor to the delicious food and private import wines they have on offer - everything you will encounter at Furley's is top notch. The owners and their staff are not only courteous, they'll make you feel like a special guest. The food is unbelievably delicious and full of creativity, yet dishes are unpretentious and packed with simple flavors - leaving the starring role to the fresh locally sourced produce. If you don't have time to sit down and eat a meal, pass by anyway and grab yourself some of the best cuts of meat you'll ever have the pleasure to prepare for yourself.

Menu is a little small but it changes monthly. The food is fantastic and not something you can find elsewhere in the area. And as much as possible they serve local foods so you can support quebec farmers and producers.

Amazing section of wine and locally sourced meats and vegetables. Amazing home made breads and great service. Don't need to travel deep into the city for an incredible meal, it's now in the heart of Hudson.

Great curated wine list. Always something new and interesting. Sommelier will help you pair any dish and really has a passion. Food is delicious and playful. Highly recommended.
