Amazing place, I had been on a martial arts hiatus for 10+ years and was looking for a place to train again. I'm following the striking class and it's a really nice mix of conditioning, technique, hard body training and there's sparring every single class. There are no ranks or belts, everyone follows the same course. It can get physical but it's something I personally enjoy a lot. Coach Kyle is always willing to answer any questions and shows a lot of respect for his students through his training.
If you like the science behind martial arts, want to learn to defend yourself or just want to get in shape I cannot recommend this place enough!
Best school in the west island, whether you're starting or you're already advanced. Team of great students and coaches!
