SAM Réfrigération

Sam came after I had a another service technician inspect my fridge who didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Sam was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, honest and the cost was very fair. Although I did not repair the fridge as the cost was not worth the expense for a 11 year old fridge, he was able to correctly diagnose the issue. Highly recommend him for any refrigeration repairs!!

We discovered that water was accumulating in our furnace and called Sam, he showed up within an hour - this was on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. He cleaned out the pipes for the air conditioner and told us to monitor the situation. Water was still accumulating the next day - Sam showed up again and promptly re-configured our pipe system. It took very little time and the problem was solved - no more leaks. He was quick, kind and dependable, I highly recommend his services.

Our AC unit broke and our house was 36+ degrees in the middle of a heat wave. After calling a few places who didn't even have a receptionist or even a place to leave a message, I discovered SAM Refrigeration. Not only did I get a response but I had multiple call backs to keep me informed of when they could come throughout the day. On top of that, knowing the situation, they came out to fix things at 10:30pm at night. They were very respectful, educated me on some of the internal parts and even gave helpful tips on maintenance. Price was also fair. Professional all the way through!
